Veladya is a mother and herbalist, living and homesteading in rural Georgia. Along with herbalism, Veladya studies and teaches breathwork, entheogens, womb wisdom and holistic nutrition. Her heart is expanded by guiding others towards elevated ways of being. She’s also a YouTube sensation (check her out). In our conversation together we explore Veladya’s history: from Broadway to Herbal medicine; the practice of Yoni Steaming; the mourning of maidenhood in early mothering; the transformation it is to become a mother; being an entheogenic guide; recoupling with her baby’s father; her birth experience with her first born — and so much more.
