Kate shares about her personal journey as a young body worker turned midwife then Mother, and her devotion to working with women in birth as well as in her hands on hands in body therapy practice. Kate helps women restore pelvic health through intravaginal manual therapy that softens and strengthens tissues, relieves symptoms, and clairvoyantly taps into the well of wisdom that resides in the root. We discuss the power this tender work holds for women holds pre pregnancy, postpartum, and in all stages of womanhood, in the way of healing trauma & greater supporting our physiology and alignment, which can often be life altaring, in how we exist in our bodies, how we birth, and in our sexual expression. Kate speaks to her book Enlightened Birth which is not yet released, and shares so much profound wisdom and beauty on Birth and how transformative birthing is no matter what way one chooses to birth.
