Who Am I?
Self-knowledge can be the key to greater understanding and wellbeing. In this series of podcasts I’ll help you to increase your self-awareness and start to reflect on what is important to you. Over three stages, (‘Who Am I?' ‘Who Do I Want to Be?’ and ‘How Do I Get There?’) I’ll show you how you can gain greater autonomy and make more helpful choices. I’ll share ideas about how to make changes, as well as learning to tolerate things you can’t change. By learning about yourself, you can unlock the potential you don’t even know you’ve got!
