Self-knowledge can be the key to greater understanding and wellbeing. In this series of podcasts I’ll help you to increase your self-awareness and start to reflect on what is important to you. Over three stages, (‘Who Am I?' ‘Who Do I Want to Be?’ and ‘How Do I Get There?’) I’ll show you how you can gain greater autonomy and make more helpful choices.
