Invitation and call for ideas.
CIM Community Meeting, March 2025

As invited by the Editorial Board I have submitted an idea for consideration at the CIM Community Meeting, March 2025

The Idea: Proposal for collaboration with CIM for contributions to the new edition of Dilemmas of Leadership
Proposer: Tudor Rickards

I am inviting contributions, initially in the form of citations of publications on emerging issues in creativity and innovation, to be published in the fourth edition of my textbook Dilemmas of Leadership, Routledge. Publication date is for January 2026 and final text is planned for September 2025.

A possible way would be for suggestions to be made directly to me from interested members of the CIM participants at the community meeting in March 2025.

The strategic deliberations of CIM are taking place at a period of global disturbances which are accompanied by manifestations of creative and innovative actions. Theory and practice will continue to develop in interdependent ways. CIM will undoubtedly play its part in communicating such developments, as implied by the workshop’s goals.

As an example, Professor Colin Talbot suggested the emerging theme of collaboration in leadership, and cited The Corporate Economy by Doved Lovie

The process could be coordinated via CIM or the citations sent directly to me. I will be working with a small team of contributing editors.

From long experience, the workshop will itself improve on this  basic proposal or develop further possibilities.
