We had a few moments to connect and then she was off and running on an amazing panel at the event.I wanted to have a longer conversation with Molly so I invited her on my podcast.

About Molly
Molly McKinley’s love for tea was sparked one Christmas morning when she was just five years old. Her favorite gift was a small table, covered with a pink gingham tablecloth and a handmade tea set that her mother had delicately painted with small yellow flowers. From that moment forth, all things tea related were magical.
It’s no surprise this memory called Molly back to the experience of tea. As a serial entrepreneur, conscious marketer, homesteader, and yoga teacher, she dreamed of building a business to combine all of her passions to help others find deeper meaning in their lives. With the support of her wife and business partner, Stacey Gibbs, Intentionaliteas was born.
With every decision, Intentionaliteas aims to support women-powered, environmentally-friendly and socially conscious businesses. Our hope is to inspire others about the power of being intentional and the importance of creating memorable moments.
