Now you guys always come visit standards I saw for murder because I know the pay is pretty chilly and cold this time of the year

spk_0:   1:10
it is. But you know what surprised me? I would say it's rather balmy for this time of year. A day Ah, what would what would like minus five degrees Celsius be Ah yeah, called a f

spk_1:   1:25
just breaking cold. I remember living in calorie my eyelashes used to freeze.

spk_0:   1:33
Oh, for sure. But January will get the minus if these in the nose hairs freeze and then you like, you wouldn't bring in. You start believing thing, you know, So it takes your breath away. But it came too young. It's like the cold baths, everyone's duties ice, right? I'm like,

spk_1:   1:52
This is why I love you. Because I think that's what happened. Because with all the sun I got living here for 40 plus years, I bring one down. Tony, not love my agent. Now I know why. It's because my best a mom who I loved, never wanted to drive us to school. And if she did, she was in her pajamas with coffee. You know, Ugo, you want fresh

spk_0:   2:20
air, will you?

spk_1:   2:21
I am so excited to have you on because I know it's been we've been trying to do this. It's hard, you know, time zones and everything. But sure, we're in Atari video today and not just why you need to do a video. I think Realtors know they need to do video, but I just kind of get a little background on from just easy on, you know, how you actually started in video on what you did before he got into a real estate and doing the video and then sew it into your big camps, which I took two years to go in October and November, Actually. Oh, that's right. It was Yes, you're right. It was the end of November in Orlando, and we had had a hurricane. Hurricane Irma. I have been floating around out there, and you guys still have your beauchamp and stupidity. Benson told me I needed to go hands dash like No, no, no, Just go. You need to go. She no room together in some shady hotel in Orlando. It was she, By the way. That was a cheap, um, and it was probably one of the smartest things I've done in my real estate business because I just opened a whole world for me to not have to rely on people to do some of the things that I was wanting to D'oh. So let's start with the beginning. You're with three Max executives and wanna pay. And how long have you been with? Relax.

spk_0:   3:54
I've been with ReMax six years out of the seven total in the end of

spk_1:   3:59
history. Okay, let me I came to re Max and 2012.

spk_0:   4:04
Yeah, Yeah, I was shortly after, I think. 2013. Early. 20.

spk_1:   4:08
15. What did you do before? You were damn rules day.

spk_0:   4:13
I was in marketing and advertising soccer. Yeah, and I was also Ah, yeah. Marketing and advertising print online. Ah, that kind of world. And prior to that, I was in the sports and entertainment business, corporate sales, ticket sales, entertainment world. And then, um And then, yeah, I was a bartender for eight years, and

spk_1:   4:40
to me, the most important piece because I think the most successful rotors were in the hospital. The industry? Yeah, especially of pretending you guys are really good at that. I, on the other hand, sucked at that, so really? Oh, yeah.

spk_0:   4:58
You know, the service industry for what it is, Um, and where I am now, like everything that I've done is let up to contribute to how I run my business now. Yeah. The unique thing about the service industry. Waas always vote asking questions that are best for your client's. Hey, what moody in here? You celebrating something or do something quick? There's something longer. Is this your first time to the restaurant and always kind of relaying off. You know, it's like meaning bars and sell this for the first time. Right? And you got to think on your feet because everyone coming in just about, you know, was either cold lead coldly like, if you look at it from that angle, right, Reintroducing yourself. Building report, thinking on your feet, entertaining, providing value. And so doing that for years. Um, yeah, that's just rude, right? Yeah. It's like

spk_1:   5:52
ground. Yeah, great sight for you. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So you got into real estate, and I think you also you got in a great time. I've had my license instead of three. But you got it. It's such a cool time when you know, things were kind of suddenly back down here in the United States with our housing crash and everything, but digital marketing and social media was like baby, and you knew our master and video marketing and doing your listing videos. And you're working videos. And as we know world personal, they should be doing video. But what is the number one hang out ofhis for agents other than I'm gonna throw you a curveball other than how you look at how you sound. Do you think there's another reason why agents don't do video?

spk_0:   6:46
Yeah, I don't have time. Um, I don't have time. I don't need it. I'm already busy. I don't need it right, like, and I and I think we get that pushed us a push back. I want to say push back. It's one of things that comes out. How do I fit it into my business when it's already busy, Right? And so when you begin to do the you know the formula of what provides more value to your business and maybe where you're drawn more what what do you need to take out? Could not add that on. But to replace right kind of once you start to look at that where it's it's the typical Hey, what do you spending most time on that you don't like doing replace it with the thing that you think will add more value that you love doing right? So it's creating the space and time now and recognizing that it doesn't video doesn't have to be this big production thing where it takes 34 hours of your day, Right? With all the the, uh, have, the video platform is built into all the social tools, and it's one of so forth and kind of, you know, delivering value in 15 seconds. 30 seconds that 10 minutes, Right. The expectation There is very little expectation from the audience from from our market in terms of how long does something have to be? It doesn't have to be super long so you can shoot off. You know what you're up to? What you were excited about in your business, what's exciting in the neighborhood in 30 seconds? God, when you begin to realize that Oh, like you've got yourself built up for no reason. So that's one of the things and the other one will be probably like, Oh, I've been in the business 25 years. I don't need to do it. I'm already busy, like I've already built that I'm right so that you understand me and I roll. But, you know, besides what, you look like what you sound like, which is, I think, just everyone in life issue, um, that would be that'd be time. And I don't need

spk_1:   8:45
it. I love that because I usually when I talk to people, but the other thing I don't like how I like it. A lot of it was like, Well, these are you looking at yourself? But I actually think the other shoe are probably almost a bigger reason than not. And it's funny because when I check your big camp and I was learning how to add it and it took so long when I first started doing it because I was trying to just be perfect with it. I'm like all this sucks. I'm back and I would be perfect at once. I got in the mindset of June the quick, quick, quick like people really don't care, which is why I like instagram stories so much of find them so easy to dio. And then I Trisha and they made a little video, you know, down with the whole damn story out of it. Through Lola and Bill, I'm done. I don't care enough at this point unless there's something super serious you know,

spk_0:   9:41
we know. Yeah, that that's exactly it, right, Like and also look at like, what are people? One of the viewers will calm viewers right now. Expectation Out of instagram stories. They're not expecting Cinna plaques. You know, a full on cinema movie. They're expecting something more riel. Raw, funny, entertaining Wick Connecting right. Like that's not You know what? What is needed there. And I think that is the easiest way to get into video and utilizing worthy for the, uh, you know, no lo filter, real raw sharing. It's happening.

spk_1:   10:23
Yeah. And I can tell you, as a over 55 year old mom, I don't You know, I'm not gonna look like I did 20 years ago, and a lot of times I have a baseball hat on and filters. I mean, it's my best friend. The filters are awesome. I love Joe. So thrilling kind of rock. I'm just going through a filter, you know, um, where do you see video going in the roll straight world As we move into a new decade.

spk_0:   10:56
Yeah, it's a pretty exciting time. Now we're moving into the twenties. Hey, why is that bizarre like Thio? Where do I see it going? I seem more of it, um, becoming a for a real estate industry. Ah, few different ways. I think it's gonna be more of an expectation in terms of if you are a listing vendor or listing agents working with a vendor, Um, that is part of your portfolio that you're bringing in as, ah marking portfolio to help your client's home get seen and showcased. Ah, to all audiences. Um, you know, it pulls on, you know, the story telling in the lifestyles, and I think that you can still win with it in terms of, you know, not a lot of our industries bring video in Billy. It needs to be brought in and let and Michelle it's not ah, photos strung together. The slide show That's not a video right, which I think a lot of our industry still defers to, um but I think just like there was a time where hotels were offering WiFi and we're paying ah, 100 bucks a night together. Now I won't go to a hotel that doesn't offer for free. It's the same kind of idea when it comes to video. You can still right now have an audience that, um if you are competing against other agents and you are the one offering video, you can win business, right? And you can help showcase value. Or you can help provide valuer or say, Hey, here's why I am this amount because of all this I offer. But I do see it happening more so now where it's an expectation from the audience or front from the sellers. So I see that Ah said big like oh boy, like, yeah, I have to be doing this now. Ah, and then video. Ah, in the social, everyday human world, I think because video usage is being watched more and more and more and more and more all the time, I think there is really kind of opportunities here to share our stories and and sure humanity through video, not hide behind video to put on a mask. I think that's what we're gonna be seeing more of you more. You know, niece sharing niche marketing, you know, you know, we're gonna be able to see more of the world because of video, and I think people are gonna share more events where they are. What's going on, what major things are happening? What's funny, what's exciting and and we're you know, we're going to see the good, bad and ugly on video. But I think we can also, um, showcase put other people on spotlight with video such as charities are amazing people in the community. And I think that that as realtors, we can harness that power for others, especially for using video already in our everyday life.

spk_1:   13:47
I think you really you really, Um, when I went to the boot camp, that's the one thing that really came about, was what you and Michael had done. Regard Thio showcasing things around the community. And I love that. And again, it doesn't have to be over produced. It could just be a couple of minutes at your favorite coffee shop. Are you know, your favorite store or event that you're at? And I think that was my I think my big takeaway and the fact that any wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. A and I enjoy it, and I still do my own. But occasionally I will send it out if it's like, Come on, time crunch. Speaking of time, because you can't find this folks that will do that for you when I think that's a porn,

spk_0:   14:36
totally. And that's the other thing we're seeing, right? Like when there's more video, people want to create more. And when there's create more than there's more, you know, mobile editing apse there's there's more. There's more editing software. There's more to help this. This you don't fill the void right meant, and that's that's the fun part. And as realtors, there's always opportunities to share knowledge. Whether you know, we're we're connoisseurs of our neighborhoods. We are, you know, the social mayors. We know we should know what's going on, and we should share a bed because that's you know, No, I know how we're also considered top of mind connects, and that's what we do. That's exactly

spk_1:   15:19
what we do. Speaking of maps, what else do you like? As far as you know, I'm using them to do using them to do video. I mean, what do you like? I mean, there's so many more out there now and then The other wish I have is what, um, any software are you using? And you are on a Mac. You like? I'm not on a Mac. Is there any cloud software that you like?

spk_0:   15:46
Um, all right, so let's start with what are we starting with here? What Axl my using right now. Yeah, yeah. So kind of the ones that are getting a lot of regular usage of a I open my creative absolute thriller. Yeah, Yeah, there are a couple that I use super regularly. Yeah, one is cut story. Yeah. Cut story is for longer than one minute longer than one minute videos that you put on instagram it and it cuts it into 15 seconds. Uh, clips and auto loads it in your camera because instagram and its stories, If you put it in a one and 1/2 minute video, it's only gonna break it into one minute. Just only gonna give you 4 15 seconds instead of 6 15 6 seconds. Anything like that. Yeah. Right. So? So I often like I don't shoot through instagram like I don't create my video students of stories. I shoot everything through my camera on my phone and then bring it in. So that's when you do that? Yeah. When you do that, nothing's backwards. Then the mirror effect works, So this will say the peg. But if I shoot it in into stories, the peg is gonna be backwards. If it's shot to your camera. It's not backwards.

spk_1:   17:06
We're done. Thank you. That's I wasn't thinking about that.

spk_0:   17:14
Yeah, so that that drives me crazy, actually trying to figure out what people are. What's going on?

spk_1:   17:20
I don't have the time. So now I know that intimate.

spk_0:   17:25
I once made a hat that had social savvy written backwards because back in the day, Facebook wasn't able to do the mirror effect. And so it was always backwards. So I made the hat backwards. So it looked normal when we were doing face my interviews. So, uh,

spk_1:   17:42
story anything else that you like?

spk_0:   17:44
Oh, yes, yes, yes, yes. So, um, cut story. There's a new app that I'm really enjoying it. That was recommended by my buddy Dave Jones from Windemere Abode on It's called Mixed Camp and my ex. Okay, am. And it's used more so for people who have the iPhone 11 and up and what it allows you to. Yeah. Sorry. Sorry. I don't know

spk_1:   18:10
if it's friend. My kid has it. My kid has something wrong with

spk_0:   18:14
that. It's a good thing. Maybe, but what it allows me Todo is like I do walk throughs and all sorts of showcasing, but it cuts it cuts this year. Let me see if I can. Most of you watching this

spk_1:   18:28
valleys phone and dry it.

spk_0:   18:32
And so what? It shows here if you can see me on the bottom and the house on the top. And so it captures me the camera from here looking at me and captured the counter from there looking out. So you're talking to it. You're giving a live tour showing they could see you imagine doing this the neighborhood tours or the coffee shop. And then again, I save it into my camera roll and loaded up in the stories

spk_1:   18:54
alone is why I'm going to get eye on woman.

spk_0:   18:58
Yeah, Yeah. Crazy that Lillian Ones That's really good. And then editing What? Editing? What amusing reading. So I do a lot of mobile. I do a lot of mobile editing. And so the app that I the app that I use is called Spice s P l I c e la Bert Through the sensitive the upgrade. Oh my gosh! Topped up, Jim Garbage gone. It's so easy. It's awesome. It's just for those cleanup. Cleanup. Ah, moments, right? Like some of those by again. You could take those out if you want to. Um, I'm using instagram stories on slice a little bit. Like if I need a picture. Ah, I'll take the picture and then I'll add it in and then had my logo in, and it kind off all works out instead of going to like and are over to create something else. Ah, And then I'm adding, when I use my laptop and I'm a Mac Mac guy, So I'm editing on on screen flow nine, and, uh, I've been using screen flow forever. I I could probably graduate myself to like, uh, hit Film Express or something like that or not hip to express up part of the final cut. Pro. Yeah, up. Really? I really enjoy screen flow. It works for me and on the go And for those longer projects.

spk_1:   20:25
Yeah, I totally get that. I, um because I was on a PC when I started the big camp with you guys. I got nobody and I started doing that. And now I'm using something in the cloud. I don't know. It s I'm just playing around with it. A free version. And that's what flying. I'm just just fine. And then I won't download a video and struck the audio because I learned how to do though eyes Yes. So I re purpose Ah, bunch of stuff all the time now And I just grab it well and often running and go literally Yes works And it's so much easier to dok. So you and I had a conversation recently and one of the private Facebook groups that were for video and you're like, Are you putting your body cows on? I do TV and I'm like, Not all of them I've done If you and your like you. I know I need to find some time today

spk_0:   21:29
you because there was an audience there and you could play list your episodes and, like people are watching video podcasts. Alright. Like it the way to cover all your bases, right? Especially like you could do such a huge land grab with with I g T V right now. And they're pushing it and, you know, just compliment everything else you're doing right now. And I don't think there's enough. People understand. Ah, taking advantage of what I g t v has to offer.

spk_1:   21:59
I know you feel anything and

spk_0:   22:01
pushed the Facebook watch. You could do all sorts of things right, especially for those videos that are longer than a minute and 1/2 and have insight, entertaining or real emotion like those are the three things we put up there. So

spk_1:   22:14
what I love about HGTV as you've been alive. Lincoln. It's the best thing. And so I did hire a virtual assistant to help me. I have a saying way so that I could get my podcast like, uh, Theo grand, Uh, obviously let her do it and then I'll just check it out at it and then put it out there. But I think you're absolutely right. I think the land grab there is particularly awesome. And there's so many things you could do without TV because she could put it in the sniper. Which certainly would you do that if you don't have $2000 by the white people? Correct. And I'm don't. I'm getting close, you know. I mean, like like 9200 or something. That's just someone. I've got two accounts. I've got hash shakes up. Okay, too. And as we oh, it's not always about the number of followers It's about your engagement and the percentage of especially cause I do some influence. Our marketing was so broken by other account, however, the first thing they do look at us forward, like Okay, what's your engagement like? So you have to be very conscientious. And as you know what I know now, You know, I started my channels, like, 23 years ago, and now I'm going through him like, Oh, I don't want these people falling because they're not wrong to

spk_0:   23:33
What are you

spk_1:   23:33
talking about now? Right? It's also, uh what? So, besides, I d tv on doing some stories? What do you think Agent should be starting to do? Listen, it's the end of years. If you're listening like next summer, just remember, this is all relevant, no matter what on the year. Well, the first thing an agent should do just to get started. No stress, you know,

spk_0:   24:04
real estate related.

spk_1:   24:05
Yeah, with the video. What? Yours. If you were starting over today, what would be your first video that you would shoot? Do you think not listening, not listening. Wife?

spk_0:   24:19
Yeah. Ah, first video that I was shoot brand new would be I'd be shooting a video. Who I am, where I am in a neighborhood that I know, like in love. And then I would start show casing what I know about it and why be, you know, a great fit for that neighborhoods realtor. Sometimes we don't get like what we see now is more more Now. We're not being chosen based on years of experience. It's based on how much do I relate to you and your knowledge of the area, right? Cause if you find the right home in the wrong neighborhood, you're not gonna buy it, right? And if so, people always by neighborhood. So how much is this person know? This neighborhood? So that's what I'd be doing now. It's right. And that's what I did that. So I did. I did the same thing I did six years ago. You 30 favorite vices in 30 days? Yeah, showcase everything. I know what wrinkling my Hey, by the way, You know what, like 30 a month of everyday marketing and then begin to Sprinkle in once a month or twice a month. A little bit of real estate knowledge. Hey, here's some money home sold the area. Here's What's up? I'm gonna be at the coffee shop every Friday from 10 to 11. If you ever have any, any any real estate questions, coffee's on me. Like that's what I would do

spk_1:   25:33
that. Just your action. That's also I look that

spk_0:   25:39
right? Coffee talk, real estate talk, local area. A little coffee talk. I'm look, Wendell Scott Value, E

spk_1:   25:51
O Myers. So, yeah, I'm feeling a little, um, you know, this is gonna be rosy influence or buzz podcast Who influences you?

spk_0:   26:13
Who influences me in the real estate

spk_1:   26:18
world? We're anyone in general.

spk_0:   26:25
Oh, who influences May? Oh, God. Ah, I know. I'm like, you know, there's so many people that that have an influence in my life, You know, you can and start with your you know, your kids, your wife, your parents. Ah, that that's a healthy circle for me. Uh, yeah, right. Like that's that's a gift, right? So I just want to make sure that we've rounded first cover that right. There's a few people that I'm really into. Ah, in terms of like their messaging. And what they're doing in creating one will be ah, he's a buddy of mine out in California. Peter Lorimer. Uh, such Yeah, yeah. Pete and I go back about five years, and though we connected in San Fran and now we talk, I kind of he credits me to give him the push to getting diving deep in the video. And if you do or don't know Peter is is a video guru now is is a broker. He always had it inside of him, and he's got his own Netflix show that Airbnb related. I think he's got another one coming out, but he puts out so much content. Um, and he's relatable. We've got family with kids around the same age. He's a Superfund money to watch because you're going to see all sorts of things. Um, Dave Jones, the deacon, um, he's out of Seattle. He's he's a broker owner, um, a dad who also wears the videographer hat in the office. And so he creates, Yeah, Super Super Cool. His wife is an Jones who would be an influencer in our industry. He's gonna go behind this little bit, and then what I'm really like outside the industry that's really kind of connect be connecting with me a lot of Jesse Eisler okay. I asked me looking. Ah, he is like he ran this custom private jet airplane company that Warren Buffett bought out. His wife is is the creator of Spanx. Um

incredible. Yeah, he's a good one right now. Those would be the three that I kind of really enjoy for different reasons. So

spk_1:   29:58
I watched Peter all I met him in a agent 2021 last January. Um, guy? Yeah. He's one of my favorites, actually. Tow launch on Instagram, too. He's got a personal jail. And the businessman, I think he's remarkable. I really like his messaging. It's very on point. Yeah, it is. Okay, so a favorite book. Do you have any finger books That you're a day? Nine lessons I learned from my dad. Oh, nice. Yeah. And it's and it's Gordie house, son, that I learned from my father. Nine lessons I learned from my father by Murray How ah re humanized by Ethan Butte. And ah, see, past analogy was another fantastic book. Always a fan of Gary, these, um jab, jab, jab door the thank you economy. I always like to back to there is, but yeah, actually, here's Thea. This is a really good one thing. This is wreaking Linus, I really enjoy. Yeah, I really enjoyed Ryan. Sir. Hans, book that was a good one is about. I don't do a lot of reading a lot of

spk_1:   31:34
audio, actually. Mormon Audible Person s. So I'm with you on that one. So, Manto, get, uh, human eyes. What? Okay, this is kind of a phone when I started using lately, but who's your favorite superhero? Oh, no,

spk_0:   32:00
I think I would be leading towards, like, a Spiderman.

spk_1:   32:03
Yeah, for sure. Yeah.

spk_0:   32:05
With great power comes great responsibility. Ah, your friendly neighborhood. And it was a I think that one's always kind of leaned on me because when I first got in the industry, my last name is Peters. And the body I was working with his last name was Parker. And so we were Peters Parker, your friendly neighborhood realtors. Right? So I kind of put that spin on it, But the charm and a neighborhood guy like I can relate. I can relate. So, um, I think Spiderman. And that's also I think my sons go to guy too, So I just have you spiting they

spk_1:   32:42
spite. And lastly, if you have the archangel break bread with anyone dead or alive, it could be more than one person. Who would it be? And what would you have? Tea.

spk_0:   32:54
I think it would be with off the top. My head first person pops in. My in my mind would be I would love Thio. Yeah, I'd love to You with my grandpa, My dad's dad. I'd never met him. And he passed away like I think I was maybe a year. Yeah, and like that would that would be one. And what will we do? We'd have our, like, our local pizza joint. That that it's still here from when he was around. That would be a good person. Like a really good personal one. Um, and who else? I don't know. I think I I would like Like if you go back in time, Who would it be? I would like the light. Uh, sometimes I would just like to go back and connected myself a TTE 16.

spk_1:   33:48
Mmm. That's interesting. I think that's a good one.

spk_0:   33:52
Like, you know, just just like pep talk world, that kind of world that was big in the sports and lots going on. And I stayed. No. Damn. But I was really hard on myself about it. And, uh, yeah, just kind of like, I think. Yeah. You know, you could say whatever, but like today that are popping. I'd really have toe, like, just go back and be like, Hey, like, let's let's let's roll for an afternoon.

spk_1:   34:20
I think that's brilliant. Quite honestly, I haven't had anybody ever say that, but it makes a lot of sense because you keep reflect ago the things I would have done differently or kudos to what I'm doing, right or whatever. I love that, you know? Yeah.

spk_0:   34:38
You know, And just be more like this, like, you know, after hanging out of pepped up, whether he even knew it was me or not like it was, where was game or not? Right. But, uh, yeah, I just little little tweaks.

spk_1:   34:52
Little tweet. So I know our four is going to be coming up here soon. I'm going to be there. I know you. You're definitely gonna be there now. Are you guys? Are you doing a podcast? No. No, you're not Jana Cassidy. I don't think, you

spk_0:   35:11
know. Yeah, I know. You've been asked. We've been We've been asked a lot. It's just I think it's one of the things that's probably on the radar for Michael and I and our video studio. But we're doing the video summit this year again. Uh,

spk_1:   35:27
are you can't? Yes.

spk_0:   35:30
Video summit. Kind of that tent talk inspired. Ah. Afternoon. We get three hours and we'll be bringing up. Ah. What are we doing this year? We're doing four agents who utilize video uniquely to tell stories in a 15 minute period. And then we're gonna do, Ah, kind of like an agent panel stock. Ah, Michael and I cannot all trading hosting, so that that's always if your Monday afternoon, I think we have, like, 6 700 people in the room

spk_1:   35:59
last year, so we Oh, yeah. Wait, wait.

spk_0:   36:09
So I I think that this will be our fourth year. So it's great. Yeah.

spk_1:   36:17
Not to miss. And what is your next boot camp? How do you decided tha New decade or one?

spk_0:   36:25
We just finished one. Yeah, we just We're just that us sold out in Toronto. And so we've got where we got we got four on radar. That I'll be wound probably too, for sure will be announced in the next month. Okay. Ah, both in Canada and in the US right now. So there'll be some options. Ah, for people to set up. Will you also get announcing our four and and all that jazz? So, Ari video studio dot com backslash boot camp will be where all those dates are.

spk_1:   36:57
And then where could everybody else find you outside of that anywhere else on your own history? Um, so what's your handle?

spk_0:   37:04
Yes, at Mr Social Savvy. All one word. Obviously. Savvy s a B V y, and that is a registered trademark. They must stay social and socially sold. And Mr Social Savvy.

spk_1:   37:21
So God is also a fellow. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Um, and, uh, what's what's going on from the rest of the year for you? Since this is at the end of the year, even if you're listening some other top here, what else you got going on?

spk_0:   37:38
Yeah, um, December Syracuse Force here, where the We're still steady. Steady selling, right. But we're also, uh, you know, taking some time to do our our team holiday events. and we do escape rooms. That's always fine. Ah, Christmas concert. Saying tobogganing and skating. And we're gonna try to get ahead of the game for Christmas shopping, I think. Well, on this podcast here, my wife just message me if we want to go on a on a Christmas shopping date. So I think I think that's gonna be Yeah. Yeah, really Rat. Really taking that one to the next level.

spk_1:   38:13
So that's cool. Trying to get a

spk_0:   38:16
drink somewhere we go, So yeah, you know. Yeah. On, then. Just excited for for you know, you wanna 2020. We got some big things were gonna be doing. And, uh, you know, if I'm gonna be launching more with video and going to the next level So, uh, whatever I love, I create my creativity. And my drive continues to push because I can't sit still. Could only sit still. Someone else is gonna do the land. Grab. Someone wants your our value. This is what this is why I also I think what people don't or what people need to understand. They want to connect with you. They're craving information. They want it from you. Don't let Ah you're yourself. Your You know what? What goes on your mind or your ego prevent you from sharing that value right In the end. Don't think about what you're doing video for you do it for who needs to hear your message and they want to hear your message. So if you're not doing it, you're being selfish,

spk_1:   39:19
You selfish people there. I so appreciate you coming on today and what's really nice, Like a whole little flavor. My old life up to bobbing and two sent Gordie Howe, which is cool. And I'm looking forward to seeing you guys out are for and thank you for all that. You do your wisdom and, um your, uh, your knowledge, you and Michael have helped so many agents just take our business to a different level and, like, years before, other people like I think that's what they see. I see people doing production video and doing a little bit more, but they're not doing the everyday video, and I think that is that's the mainstay. And I appreciate the fact that you, you know, have share so much with all of us. I know a lot of agents are buried very appreciative. So ungrateful. So thank you again for being on the show and everybody. What's your one? What is your website again?
