I finally had the pleasure of meeting Katie in person at Gary Vee's Agent 2021 in January 2019 after we did this interview and she is a power house and very cool human! She has spoken at NAR and Inman and she shares her "manifesto" with agents globally along with "what her secret weapon is" so listen in! This is a profound interview and you will walk away feeling changed.
Katie Clancy's real estate team, The Cape House, is among the top 3% of producers on Cape Cod Massachusetts, but she didn't start there. Pregnant with her fourth child, Katie started in the industry just as the country plunged into the recession. Forced to work with an almost non-existent budget she built her business leveraging established relationships and building new ones, a strategy she uses to this day.
Katie was the 2018 winner of Placester, Inc.’s Battle of the Brands competition and is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer. In addition to leading The Cape House Team, Katie is also Regional Director of Business Development for William Raveis.
