just listened to the episode on procrastination. Shit, it's like you know me! I do it for all the things and I hate it. But, today, I got a 20 minute UB workout in after 10 days being off due to sickness. I kept saying I was still tired and recovering and I called bullshit, I was just procrastinating. Thank you!
