Jonathan from Portland Maine here! We roast peeps over a fire every Easter. They’re much softer than traditional marshmallows so you have to be careful and quick so they don’t melt right off of your stick. I usually set them on fire and then blow them out, once the outside has cooled it has a wonderful crunch and the inside is soft and warm. I really recommend it!
