Amy: Digital Marketing Executive

Amy is the youngest member of the REAL team but has somehow managed to accumulate the longest list of achievements! With a background in Business Administration Amy always finds creative ways to bring the value from her previous roles to REAL HQ. 

A qualified lifeguard and trained pianist, Amy also dedicates a huge amount of her personal time to volunteering for a local youth center. As our social media lead Amy is involved in most client projects which is where she builds her knowledge outside of digital marketing, and as the newest person in the studio (and probably the most motivated), who knows where she’ll be this time next year?!

Em's jumped headfirst into the whirlwind world of managing both our in-house and client social media, and let's just say, she's absolutely killing it!

This self-proclaimed Harry Styles ‘Stan’ knows a thing or two about dedication—whether she’s front row at a gig or curating killer content, Em’s energy is infectious. But it's not all concerts and social media savvy; give Em a bottomless brunch and a sharp blazer, and she's in her absolute element. 

On our podcast, Em brings a fresh vibe, blending insights with insider fandom jokes that’ll have you laughing and nodding along. 

Meet Laura, the coffee-obsessed, interior design fanatic behind REAL. She’s the brains and the banter of the biz, keeping things on track through her real-deal passion. 

With over 10 years of playing the client side of the fence, launching in REAL back in 2016 was an inevitable industry shake-up. Her mission? Ditch the old-school agency playbook for something a lot more authentic and a lot less agenda-driven. On our podcast, she’s the one bringing the laughs, the wisdom, and the occasional eye-roll-worthy pun. And shes totally unapologetic about the entire thing ;)

Mia: Designer

Mia has a real sense of adventure, and you'll often find her traveling, hiking with her pooch Buddy, and exploring! 

Mia loves to incorporate inspiration from her travels into her work through some really out-of-the-box thinking.  If she’s not making the whole office belly laugh, you'll find Mia working on social media design wizardry, some pretty cool video editing, at the bar or thinking up episode titles for this podcast!
