Andrea has been a qualified Shiatsu Practitioner and Chinese Medicine Therapist for over 15 years and has a menopause specialist clinic in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.
In 2017, at the age of 46, Andrea was shocked to find out she was in perimenopause.
However, she resolved her symptoms by using the holistic principles of Chinese medicine, rebalancing her energy and addressing her underlying health symptoms.
