I'm on a mission to help Physicians take steps towards to heal burnout by unlearning the habits of perfectionism, people-pleasing and limiting beliefs so that we can lead healthier, happier lives.

Ending Physician Overwhelm
How to Become Toxic: A Masterclass
Deep breath. We're talking today about what happens when you have been labeled "toxic" at work. And we start right off with my true confessions. I personally think it's easy to pick up the label (I might be biased here!), but it's also important to note that there is a solution that doesn't involve burning all your bridges.
In the show, I reference Brené Brown's amazing book, Rising Strong, where she discusses the relationship between boundaries, integrity, and generosity. It's a book I read when I was deep in burnout, and to be honest, I had to put it down every few pages, but it changed my life, albeit slowly, as I started to incorporate the ideas.
I also want to link to Dr Sarah Smith's upcoming Masterclass, "Stop Charting at Night," happening Saturday, May 28th. If you miss this one, follow her on Instagram @charting coach so that you can catch the next one: https://www.chartingcoach.ca/masterclasses
And finally, set up a call with me if you have been labeled "toxic," and you want it to stop. We'll work together to have you feeling better, so that you can show up as yourself, who is not actually toxic. To set up the free call, click here: https://www.healthierforgood.com/work-with-me
