Today we are talking about a term that started on TikTok, called "Quiet Quitting." And yes, I had to look up what it meant, and who started it, and no, I'm not on TikTok, but I digress. I want to approach the conversation though from the perspective of "is it quiet quitting, or is it setting boundaries and valuing yourself?" Because these two things are different. And I think many of us may have had the experience of saying "to hell with it!" and throwing our hands up in despair during periods of burnout, and perhaps cutting down on our work in some way. But in my experience, we don't succeed with actually doing less, and often end up feeling guilty and lazy, rather than relaxed and balanced. So let's dive in and discuss, shall we?

Should out my friend Lynne for enthusiastically selecting this topic from a few I posed to her! If there is something you want to hear more about, drop me a line at healthierforgood@gmail.com. I'd love to hear what matters to you, what you struggle with, and what you are thinking about because I can guarantee you are not alone!
