Megan Melo, Physician and Life Coach

My kids *should* be in school.
The park *should* be open.
I *should* be working.

Should, should, should. As someone who is trying to build her anti-shoulding muscles, this week has been a challenge! In today's episode, I talk about shoulding on yourself and other people and how this blocks us from being present and having the bandwidth to navigate challenges. Oh, and also, I nerd out on some favorite movies from my childhood, so there's that too (should I even mention that? Eek, there we go again!).

Should you listen? Yes!
