No More Holiday Overwhelm
Ok, I am taking a detour here from standard stuff, and talking about the holidays. For me, people-pleasing started before medical school, and the holidays were definitely a part of it, and remain an area of my life where I am forging a new way of doing things for myself, and here I share 3 simple steps to help you do the same.
