It's not uncommon for many of us to find passion in a particular niche, but how many of us pursue it? Today I'm speaking with Dr Sadaf Lodhi, OB-GYN, Sexual Health Coach and host of The Muslim Sex Podcast. After experiencing burnout and deciding that she needed a change, Dr Lodhi became a coach, focusing her expertise on helping women have a better understanding of their bodies and intimacy. We talk about factors that have led to so many of us being ignorant of much of Sexual Health and Menopause Health, and how she decided to pursue her interests and build a new pathway for herself.

For all my listener-clients with a passion for Breastfeeding Medicine, this episode is for you!

Dr Sadaf Lodhi is a board-certified OB-GYN, as well as a Sexual Health Coach and host of The Muslim Sex Podcast. Dr Sadaf has over 22 years of experience in Clinical Medicine, as well as Coaching Certification with Rutgers University and a Sexual Counseling and Education Certificate from the University of Michigan. She practices in New York and is opening her new practice, providing Sexual and Menopause telehealth for patients in New York and Michigan.
