Ending Physician Overwhelm
I'm Megan Melo, board-certified Family and Obesity Medicine Physician and Physician Coach. In this podcast we talk about the many ways that burnout shows up in our lives, and what we can do about it. I'm on a mission to help Physicians take steps towards to heal burnout by unlearning the habits of perfectionism, people-pleasing and limiting beliefs so that we can lead healthier, happier lives.
The healthcare system is broken; but you don't have to wait until it's fixed to feel better. I'm here to help.

Ending Physician Overwhelm
Time Isn't Found; It's Created
If something's important to you, truly, you will make the time for it.
True story, many episodes, when I'm not planning ahead, get recorded the day before they go live. Things are better when they don't happen that way, and I'm glad that this episode was all planned out, but it was recorded the night before as my kids bickered in their usual after-dinner-bickering way. Sigh.
We don't find time. We create time. But in order to really see this clearly, we also have to investigate what we are currently "spending" time on that isn't helping us, and decide to make a change.
You won't want to miss today's episode!
