Ending Physician Overwhelm

How to Make Things Easier

Easier is generally gooder. Really.

I know that this is not the way many of us are used to thinking. We do hard things. We solve complicated diagnostic puzzles, we try to overcome biology and fight disease, and interact with other humans and all of their thoughts, feelings, symptoms, etc.

But don't confuse hard with virtuous, or easy with lazy.

Today we are talking all about how to start making things easier for yourself. Not everything will become easy, but many things can be run through this algorithm to decrease your stress and stop draining energy from your physical and mental batteries.

In the show I reference two resources, "The Lazy Genius Podcast," and the book "The Lazy Genius Way" by Kendra Adachi (may have butchered her name, I'm not sure). These were recommended to me by a client (Thanks!), and I am loving them, so be sure to check them out too!
