George Champlin-Scharff has spent more than a quarter-century helping teams get things done. As the VP of Customer Success at ZenHub, he helps teams in the biggest/smallest/oldest/newest companies around the world. Prior to Zenhub, he was a Senior Technical Staff Member in the IBM Watson AI Organization where he transformed how they worked as they scaled from tens of people to thousands of people.

Originally an engineer by trade, Thabang Mashologu has many years of experience in the tech industry, doing everything from R&D to marketing, product management, and open source ecosystem development. He is currently the VP, Marketing for ZenHub, a leader in productivity management for high-growth organizations and open source projects. He previously was the VP, Marketing of the Eclipse Foundation, one of the world’s largest open source software foundations, as well as the host of Entrepreneurial Open Source.
