All about embracing confidence empowering you. To step into your shining light. Today, I invite you to embark on a journey towards unlocking the deep reservoirs of confidence. That's already within you. If you are using this meditation for walking. Find a quiet space. For a few moments before we begin the walking. Take a moment to connect with your breath. Inhale deeply feeling the cool air. Fill your lungs. And exhale slowly. Releasing any tension or doubt from your body? Before we begin the walk. I want you to feel in your body. Tune in. To that place right above the belly button. Below the chest. And I want you to send. Yellow and green light. To that area. Breathe in love. Support. And allow it. To connect between your solar plexus and your heart. As you breathe. I want you to feel that energy. Beam out. Allow you to straighten your back. Stand or sit tall. Allow you to feel the energy from the tips of your toes. To the crown of your head. Take another deep breath in. Deep breath out. Let's begin. Now as you start your walk. Bring awareness to the sensation of your feet, touching the ground. Feeling the earth supporting you with each step. Grounding you in the present moment. As you step, you can feel the energy from the earth. Rejuvenating you. And with each stride. Visualize yourself, stepping into your power. You begin to feel your posture straightening. Your shoulders relaxing. And your gaze lifting with confidence. Now I want you to take a moment to reflect. On your intention for this meditation. What is it that you need to have more confidence in. Allowing you to shine your light. Now as you continue to walk. Bring to mind a time. When you truly felt confident and empowered. Visualize that moment in vivid detail. Allowing yourself to relive the feelings of strength. And self-assurance. As each step you take, you were walking closer. To that time. Each step is embodying. Your confidence. As we continue to walk. Repeat these affirmations. Silently or out loud to yourself. But remember to feel in your body. As you say these. With every step you take. The more confident you become. Your spine is tall. Your gaze is straight. As you're walking. I am Confident. I trust in my abilities. I am worthy of success and happiness just as I am. I embrace my uniqueness and let my authentic self shine. I am confident in my decisions and trust my intuition to guide me. I stand tall and speak my truth with courage and conviction. I am deserving of love, respect, and admiration. I radiate confidence within empowering myself and inspiring others. I am not defined by, past mistakes. I am shaped by my resilience and growth. I trust in my abilities and believe in my capacity to overcome challenges. I acknowledge my accomplishments and celebrate my victories no matter how small. I am enough. Exactly. As I am. And I am capable of achieving my dreams. As you continue to walk. Each step becoming more confident. Take this time to fully immerse yourself in the present moment. Notice the beauty of your surroundings. The warmth of sun. On your skin. Or the cool breeze. Through your hair. The sound of birds singing you a song. For confidence, isn't just a state of mind. But a practice. A journey for us to find. It's a dance with doubt and fear and tell. A constant push. Uh, relentless flow. Some days we soar. On wings of belief. Others. We falter consumed by grief. But listen closely to the simple truth. Confidence is grown in the fires of youth. It's nurtured by every step we take. And strengthened by every risk we make. So one doubt comes knocking. And you start to sway. Remember confidence. Is found in the fray. It's not about feeling strong and bold. But about the courage to keep your grip and hold. For in the struggle in the darkest night. We forge our confidence burning bright. So practice it daily in every way. And soon enough. You'll find your sway. Believe in yourself and all that you are. Success is not the key to confidence. Confidence is the key to success. It's okay. To be scared. Being scared means you're about to do something really brave. The only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday. The more you believe in yourself. The more, the world believes in you. I believe in you.
