🔥Welcome to my second 6-week podcast series where I am highlighting what 50+ men and women need to be aware of for modifying exercise at this stage of life.

🦾Women and men Over 50 need to put extra focus on strength training to grow muscle because as we age will lose precious muscle unless we are targeted working on it (unlike when we were younger!).  
BUT to grow muscle the science has shown you need to load heavy and when over 50 this can lead to tendonitis and other injuries due to older tissue lacking the integrity to withstand this loading.  

👉In this episode I teach you an alternative loading method that is just as effective but minimizes muscle/tendon and ligament aggravation from too heavy of a load while avoiding not loading enough so not getting the bone and muscle improvement so necessary.
