I ask the tough question: What stopped you? And more importantly — how do you get back to that space where you feel aligned and alive?
I walk you through five expansive questions designed to help you uncover what’s really been holding you back. These questions are meant to bring clarity, spark self-awareness, and help you reconnect with the version of you that felt strong, fulfilled, and inspired.
