Law Enforcement Life Coach / Sometimes Heroes Need Help Podcast
Dan Spencer & Kurt Dabb / Filthy Pirate Coffee & The Thin Brewed Line Podcast
I got the chance to sit down with two really awesome individuals. Both veterans & retired Leo's they continue to figure life out and find a way to give back to those still in the middle of it. We talked about falling in the hole but more importantly we talked about specific actions you can take to get out of it. Multiple shooting between the two of them we peeled back a layer and exposed the real struggles often faced by our first responder and veteran community. We also went down the rabbit hole in discussing the role of politics, past present and future and its impact on our Leo community. Sit back and give it a listen and come away better for it, I know I did, until next week, stay safe and healthy, John
Dan's Bio
My service in the Marine Corps and and 20 years in Law Enforcement has driven me to build my own company. So much revolves around a meeting or connection over coffee. So I decided to take a leap and started my my own coffee company.
Providing an excellent low acid non bitter coffee for busy blue collar, first responders and military people is what I enjoy doing.
We give back to our law enforcement through our charity coffee roast, Split Second, with portions of the proceeds going back to officers in coffee donations or gift cards to local business.
Our coffee and our support for law enforcement mental health is showcased on our podcast, Thin Brewed Line Podcast which can be found on YouTube, Spotify and Google Podcast currently.
