I had the unbelievable pleasure of sitting down with Rosie Cataldo, a woman who during her transformation has transformed and become part of the solution many of the people she works with couldn't have imagined existed. Rosie utilizes methods and disciplines that deviate from the standard. I've always said that if we want a different result we need to do things differently. Rosie and I discuss the need to be loved and supported in the early developmental stages, and how she is able to act as a conduit for healing utilizing the body and her knowledge of the nervous system.

Healing and Releasing Trauma: Recognizing the sacred gift of healing, I compassionately incorporate gentle and restorative holistic modalities to diffuse traumatic experiences, dispel limiting beliefs, and humbly walk alongside others on their return to their truest, most authentic selves. I help others re-discover who they were born to be, before _______ happened.

I offer one-on-one healing sessions to alleviate 'big T and little t' trauma. This can be done in person or via Zoom. I facilitate group training for trauma-informed advocates to help PTSD/CPTSD survivors release stored trauma and regulate their nervous system.

Human Trafficking Interdiction Training:
I provide training to a variety of groups, ranging from child safety councils, graduate students, and businesses - including the banking and financial sectors, and mass transit centers. Training employees and equipping them with resources to be human trafficking liaisons within their sector is also part of my scope.
