The Bible says God has given us exceeding great and precious promises. We prefer when God brings those promises to pass quickly. However, many of His promises take time.
Waiting feels synonymous with doing nothing. However, biblical waiting is not passive. Biblical waiting is actually an “action word” that means to prepare.
I’ve seen people jump ahead of God and try to make things happen for themselves. I’ve also seen people put their entire lives on hold, passively waiting, until something happens.
Neither of these approaches are helpful nor spiritually appropriate. We must understand that waiting doesn’t mean being inactive nor is the time we spend waiting wasted.
In this episode we’ll discuss five things you can do while you’re waiting on the promises of God to come to pass.
Thank you for listening.
