Although avoiding conflict altogether is impossible, the Bible teaches us we should pursue peace. We should do our best to live in a manner that avoids creating or stirring up conflict.
Scripture, overwhelmingly, teaches us to live peaceful with those around us, including our family, our neighbors, our community and according to 1 Timothy 2:1-2, government powers. This results in living a quiet and peaceful life.
In this episode, we’ll discus several common conflicts. By doing this, we can learn to avoid and/or resolve conflicts in our own lives. Thankfully, scripture lays out proven strategies for resolving conflicts. It’s important to remember, with some exceptions, our relationships are worth saving.
