However we are all very much aware that there is A LOT of negativity, false imagery, unrealistic expectations, and curated happiness.
How can we sift through all the NOISE so that we can peel ourselves away from the negativity BUT also find the healthy avenues to build ourselves up without becoming hermits from the world.
