Regardless of your age from young teen to adulthood we have constructs imprinted on us our upon ourselves of what limitations/barriers hold us back.

these can include but not limited to:
- Imporessions made on us since childhood of what we (boy/girls) can/cant do
- The value we place within ourselves
- Intellectually how we/our environment approach and advocate for knowledge 
- Fitness; weight won't make you bulky and cardio doesn't alway lead to losing weight
- Nutritionally how we NEED a balanced approach to food and daily nutritional need. Carbs aren't bad and Fat doesn't make you fat, and PROTEIN is a necessity no matter what you do
