Jae Lee is the chef and owner of Nowon in East Village, NYC. He has worked as a chef professionally since 2007 and has worked under chefs such as Masaharu Morimoto and Dale Talde. Nowon was named hottest new restaurant of the year by Eater in 2019. Jae Lee was named rising star chef of 2021.
