Jane Peang and I met working together at Zuma in 2016. I always remember working hard. It's embedded in her DNA. She didn't give up and always soldiered on. Straight from culinary school, she went to Morimoto, Zuma then to Jeju Noodle Bar. She just left her job as chef de cuisine and is now exploring the world day by day as she calls it.
