Jennifer N. Clements, PharmD, FCCP, FADCES, BCPS, BCACP, CDCES, BC-ADM
Jennifer N. Clements is a Clinical Professor in the Department of Clinical Pharmacy and Outcomes Sciences and Director of Pharmacy Education at the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy (School of Medicine–Greenville Campus). A PharmD graduate of Campbell University, she completed a PGY-1 residency in primary care at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center. Dr. Clements specializes in ambulatory care, diabetes management, obesity, and endocrinology. Her scholarship includes 80+ peer-reviewed manuscripts, book chapters, and abstracts, and she has received national recognition including AACE Distinguished Associate Award (2025) and ACCP Endocrine & Metabolism PRN Outstanding Achievement Award (2023). She is a Fellow of ACCP and ADCES and is active in teaching, precepting, and professional leadership.
