Sometimes, when we're going through a lot things that are stressful, that bring up a lot of emotions whether it's sadness, grief, irritation, frustration, whatever it is we get so consumed in the thing that's happening that we don't take a step back and look at what this moment is bringing out of me. When you are in partnership with spirit and you believe that everything happens for a reason, that means that whatever you're going through is for a reason as well Not just the good things, not just the coincidental things, but the things that are not enjoyable as well. So one way to get through these moments a little easier is to think about why is this moment happening? Why is spirit putting me through this? When you believe that spirit loves you, wants the best for you and is always taking care of you, that means that everything that's happening can be used and is spirit. So, with whatever you're going through, even if it doesn't feel like something spirit would do, it feels like torture, whatever it is ask yourself what is this bringing out of me? What is spirit trying to teach me. And usually what you're having a hard time doing in this time is what spirit is trying to bring out of you or build you in. So if it's something that's trying your patience, it may be bringing out of you that you will have to grow your patience.

For me personally, I've been going through a lot of stress and I'm really happy in life. It's just all of these responsibilities just really add so much stress on my heart and I'll tell spirit I'm doing everything you're telling me to do. Why are you also putting me through so much stress over here? And when we ask and talk to spirit in that way, spirit becomes our enemy and spirit is not our enemy. So instead, when you know and believe that spirit is working for and with you, then you know that this is for a reason.

Speaker 1:

So what is this bringing out of me? This is what's needed for me to get to the next step, get to the next season, and it's not supposed to be easy. These things that we are going through bring up so many emotions, so many physical obstacles, you know. Getting out of bed, going to the job, whatever it is, with that belief, the faith. Part of that is understanding that I will be better after this.

Okay, so you have to learn how to manage your emotions, your physical, and take care of yourself while also building yourself. It's not 100 on either. It's a yin and a yang, 50-50 balance, and so if it's hard for you to manage your stress, you are in a season of learning how to manage your stress. If it's hard for you to have patience, to have grace, to have faith, you are in a season of building that muscle. Okay, so this is just a mindset shift to help you get through the hard times and to see a different perspective of what you're going through. Okay, I hope this helped.
