  • Do you often wait for the last minute or past the deadline to do something?
  • You get easily overwhelm and don't know where and when to start a task?
  • Do you put off doing an activity for fear of the boring, stressful process or the outcome?
  • You tend to make excuses why you can't complete a task right now. You tell yourself is not the perfect timing or you don't have the perfect setting or you are not in the perfect mood to complete it?
  • Do you put off completing a task, even though, the thought, consequences, of not completing it, gives you more stress in the long run?
  • Do you know you need to do an unpleasant, uninteresting activity, but do not do it to avoid the anxiety, stress associated with the process or the outcome?
