When applied properly it can reduce the risk of losing time, human talent, and money in functionalities that, when implemented, might not be as attractive, feasible, or profitable as expected.
In this session, Ricardo Colusso will describe the key elements of Product Discovery, share some real-world examples and experiences,and then we will work in subteams for applying some key concepts and tools.
