Hanging by a Thread: Great Tip from Al Coleman
Show Notes

Between a bit of rambling on this entry, I share what I think of an excellent tip on keeping you and/or your clients meaningfully loaded during your set of proper exercise.  Doing this will help you better achieve the primary goal of exercise; to create fatigue (inroad) as deeply, efficiently and safely as possible in order to create an effective stimulus for your body to make positive, desirable adaptations.

Of course, for these adaptations to occur optimally, ensure you follow up with adequate time, sleep, nutrition, sunshine etc (the amount of time being dependent on each individual and other stresses in their lives)
