Nick Ross is the Sales Director and Sales Coach of Nutritional Coaching Institute and Business Coaching Institute.  


He is the sales coach to 1,000+ clients, helping create the systems and processes to create sustainable and profitable businesses. Over Nick's 17 years of sales experience, he has helped create multiple million-dollar generating businesses in 3 different industries. 


During Nick's battle with a cancer diagnosis at the age of 32, he found an algorithm for success using NLP's methodologies to create rapid, radical, and sustainable change no matter your conditions in life. In a small amount of time, Nick was able to transform his physical body using fitness and nutrition which lead him down a path of Self Management using the techniques and mindset strategies he learned during his professional career and during the battle we waged on the chemo ward floor.

How to use the circletheW Methodology 


Step 1. - Buy a dry erase calendar. This is the “Way of the Winner” Calendar -  large and hang it in a high traffic area where you're going to see it every day.

Step 2. - On paper Write down Goals 20s - The prioritize them into the most 5 important goals this year. Get rid of the other 15 - U can have them once u hit the top 5. The other 15 are distractions.

Step 3. - Identify by name - who is this going to impact other than u, if u hit these goals. Write their full name by the goal.

Step 4. - Make a promise that is tied to those goals - This is your purpose - your promise you’re unwilling to break - Write it on ur mirror      

Step 5. - Create 5 actionable steps you have to do - to win the day.

Step 6 - Circle the W or List the Loss

Step 7. After completing any actionable step 21 days in a row - replace it with someone a bit harder
