The Casual Lounge is a podcast featuring two trans men, the founder of Casual Reign - Remy (he/him), and his best friend and co-host, Aaron (he/him).

The two create a space for honest conversations about life as transgender FTM individuals. Each episode brings a mix of deep, insightful discussions and lighthearted chats - often with guests sharing their personal gender journeys and experiences, and other times, just the two of them unpacking topics that matter to the trans masc community.

From navigating transition and dysphoria, to celebrating gender euphoria, relationships, mental health and everything in between. This is a space where trans men and AFAB non-binary folk can feel heard, understood and connected.

Remy

Born in Wolverhampton, Remy (he/him) is a trans man and the founder of the UK packing boxers and packers brand, Casual Reign.

He founded Casual Reign and subsequently, The Casual Lounge, to create more accessibility for the trans and LGBTQIA+ community. His goal is to provide those in the community with the necessary information to help them discover and feel more comfortable with their identities.

Remy aims to educate, uplift and support listeners whilst providing insights and information that he would have found useful at the beginning of his transition. He is passionate about helping others and treating people with kindness.

Aaron

The Casual Lounge’s lovable co-host, Aaron (he/him) is a 23-year-old transgender man from Wolverhampton.

Navigating his gender identity alongside ADHD, depression and CPTSD has deepened his understanding of struggle and self-acceptance. Aaron wears his heart on his sleeve and always strives to support others, especially those feeling lost or isolated.

He believes his journey as a trans man has shaped who he is and has made him more resilient and compassionate. He is passionate about breaking stereotypes and challenging preconceived notions within our society.
