Dr. Lauren Adelman

 born and raised Canadian, growing up in Calgary, Alberta before attending the University of British Columbia in Vancouver for undergrad, Dr. Lauren Adelman was part of the inaugural veterinary class at the University of Calgary after which she went on to pursue advanced training in the United States.  After finishing her Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Tennessee, Lauren returned to Canada to start her next chapter. Dr. Lauren currently works as a veterinary Internal Medicine specialist at Canada West Veterinary Specialists in Vancouver where she offers state of the art minimally invasive procedures to her feline and canine patients. In addition to hosting The Pawcast, Dr. Lauren enjoys educating pet owners and other veterinarian on her social media channels (@the_tinyvet) where some of her foreign body retrieval videos have even gone viral. When she is not working with animals, Dr. Lauren enjoys spending time at the beach and travelling.

David Epstein

Hailing from Vancouver, Canada David studied Theatre at Queen’s University before pursuing his MFA in Film & TV Acting at the New York Film Academy. David began his professional career in LA working mostly in commercials (Google, Bacardi, Toyota, Pizza Hut + more) and Voice Over - playing Charlie in the animated action film The Son of Bigfoot, and dubbing a number of foreign  films into English.


Between acting jobs he worked as a children’s birthday entertainer, bike tour guide and travelled the US as a “hype man” for Hyundai before landing a recurring role as the mysterious Blurryman in Season 1 of The Twilight Zone. Some of David’s other credits include So Help Me Todd, Once Apon a Time, Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce and A Little Help with Carol Burnett, but Lauren is most proud of him for being coverboy of The Nice Jewish Guys Calendar.
