Tren'ness Woods-Black (host) is a strategist, executive producer, and speaker considered "one of New York's Top Leaders".  Sylvia's Restaurant scion is the CEO of her eponymous corporation, and creator of the multi-faceted platform "Cornbread and Conversations." Her passion for hosting dinners has inspired epic collaborations with A-listers. Through her business, she curates authentic programs. Her passion for community led to a partnership with Thrillist, where she executive produced/hosted “Block Party". This gave thousands of attendees complimentary access to award-winning programming and a curated food market. "Block Party" awarded small businesses grants and pro bono marketing consulting.

A'Lores Norris (co-host) is an award-winning make-up artist and creator of The House of Flawless cosmetics company, and is the best-selling author of "I May Not Be Perfect, but My Lipstick Is." Her philosophy is to ensure that high-quality makeup is accessible to everyone, regardless of budget. Putting her art knowledge to work, House of Flawless grew from a few lipstick colors mixed in her kitchen, into a thriving boutique beauty empire. 

House of Flawless opened as the first black-owned cosmetic boutique in South Carolina. A’Lores co-hosts WSPA's "Work It Wednesdays on Your Carolina." Her work and products have appeared in FOX's Our Kind of People, Bravo's Thicker Than Water, and the film, Haunted Trial. Key make-up artist work includes an NFL commercial, the ESPY Awards, and New York Fashion Week. Stepping out from behind the scenes, she graced the cover of Resilient Magazine; her work has appeared in several publications and she can be seen on Apple TV's The Spark.

DENITRIA N. LEWIS (co-host) is an award-winning Brand Marketer and Creative Strategist,
laser-focused on digi-social platforms & emerging tech.  She has a passion for helping brands target, engage, and build communities. As an expert in content curation and strategy development, Denitria has worked with national brands, publishing companies, and political and cultural organizations. 
She creates innovative strategies designed to reach diverse audiences, notably women of color, Gen Z, and members of economic and cultural identity groups. She has spoken at SXSW, Silicon Harlem, Creative Reaction Lab Summit, and workshops and masterclasses for various business and cultural organizations.
