Finding Psychotherapy
Have you ever been interested in psychotherapy but have no idea what it all means? In this series I will be asking some very experienced psychotherapists about their work in simple terms. What is their approach? Why might we go to therapy? Where can I find a therapist? How much does it cost? How long will it last? By asking these simple questions I hope to shed some light on this wonderful but often mysterious world.
