Because I know what has truly stopped me from playing full out (truly) in life and what was hidden that actually were the source of so much confusion, hidden self sabotage and staying in the hope of someday my life changing to start living my incredible life where I felt like I was using my energy truly for things that mattered to me. 
I have learned it the hard way not to play small to accommodate others. 
And here in this podcast, it is my intention to share all the wisdom, courage, insight I have and still learning through my journey.

We will explore what we can do, so our children thrives in life in adulthood.
