Welcome back to another episode!

It's a special time of the year. The essence of this episode is going to be about shifting seasons, not only in relations to the seasons of the year, but also of our lives.

The Equinox is a great opportunity for reflection. A great opportunity to pause and take inventory of our physical, mental and emotional state. Reflecting on our lives and deciding with what intention we want to move through the coming months, till the next Equinox in March.
