Our conversation this week is about exercise and my thoughts around the decoupling of exercise from weight loss. This is a big separation from what most of us have been thought to think about weight loss. I want your Project Weight Loss to be as seamless and positive as possible and I want you to have the tools and information that I think will get you there.
I will be talking about when to incorporate exercise and how to get your routine automatic and almost effortless. I will also share another testimonial from one of the lovely ladies in my Project 66.
