In this week’s episode we move from the pause and our past to where we want to go. And I offer that what can help us towards our goals is my VERITAS Model.

I hope that you do the work that will serve you towards your goals and dreams.

So, for your project weight loss, I ask:

·      What’s your vision? What is it that you intend?

·      What emotion comes up for you when see that vision?

·      What is the result you seek?

·      What are the impediments, in your way? See yourself overcoming them.

·      What thoughts do you need to think to overcome the impediments that are in the way of your project weight loss?

·      And from here, what actions do you need to take, what are they?

·      And these actions will yield your new situation, your project weight loss.

When you Compile your list of action steps or tasks in order of importance and considering your timeliness, place them on your calendar and focus doing what's you committed to do.

When we are working from a place of integrity and honesty it is easier to keep to our commitments.
