Let's face it, making and maintaining friends as a adult is not as simple as we'd like. I've talked with so many clients and friends, and personally experienced this reality too - adult friendships leave a lot to be desired.

More and more I am convinced that we are becoming less and less connected, yet, desiring community more than ever before.

So, in this episode I share what I believe to be part of the problem with trying to make friends as an adult and some simple challenges for you to work through these barriers.
