Embracing Mindfulness
In this episode, we discuss the practical uses of mindfulness and so-called "metacognition" in our daily lives as well as how to overcome our self-destructive tendencies by practicing mindfulness. We also delve into how we can practice mindfulness to improve our quality of life. I share a few stories about how I have employed mindfulness in my personal and social life for overall improvement and how you can too. I hope that by the end of this episode you have a better understanding of what mindfulness is, how to practice it, and most of all, how to embrace it.
