Teresa Mitchell
Teresa is a recovery coach with a passion for helping others break free of crippling mindsets that keep them from living a life they are excited about. From being a teenaged drug addict, teen pregnancy and abortion, to her sobriety journey, the death of her father, fiance, step son, and best friend, raising her daughter as a single mother, and persevering through not just a bachelor's degree but a master's too, Teresa has learned that life is a gift and we all deserve to live a life of passion and purpose.
She founded Rebel and Reawaken Coaching as a place to help others cultivate an abundant life that they are excited about. Teresa holds a bachelor's degree in Community, Family, and Addiction Services from Texas Tech University and a master's degree in Human Services from Lubbock Christian University.
