As we find out, Diane is the General Manager of the ACE Training Centre in Bankstown NSW Australia, HEMS contract manager, marketing guru, and one of the most important roles having pioneered the pyscological support program PRIME supporting Pilots and Aircrew Officers in managing the mental impacts of working in HEMS.
