Day 76 of the 75 Hard Daily podcast? No! From June 17th through the end of August 2022 I documented my journey through 75 Hard  from Andy Frisella, and shared new episodes daily while I was still in 75 Hard.

Since then I have had a few updates and realizations around what is possible to accomplish in my own life. This episode is a recap of what has been going on since ending the 75 Hard program and is being released on both the 75 Hard Daily podcast and the JohnnyBoy Studios podcast.

I also created a Kit with various items to be used for 75 Hard. The kit can be found here.

75 Hard Daily officially looks something like this;

  • Eat healthy, No cheat meals & no alcohol
  • Drink 1 gallon of water
  • (2) 45min workouts, 1 of which is outside
  • Read (10) pages of a non-fiction book
  • Take a progress pic
